Saying DNS/Gateway problem. The printer could not connect to the server.  Contact the person who set up the printer. Touch print report to diagnose the problem or ok to exit

printer is not able to locate another device based on a domain name. A DNS server takes a network name, for example HP.com and converts it to an ip address. So if you do not have a valid DNS server you will have issues finding any websites or address outside of your own network. It is quite common to use 8.8.8.8 which is googles DNS server. The gateway address is the device that sits between your device and the internet. In small networks usually the address of your router. Without that address the printer can never see anything beyond devices in your location
