Hi @AKV09,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 is showing a DOOR OPEN error repeatedly, even after every print command. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Check All Printer Doors and Covers

Open and close all covers carefully, including the ink tank cover, top scanner lid, and cartridge access area.

Ensure they click securely into place.

Inspect for Obstructions

Look inside for any small objects, torn paper, or debris that might prevent the door from fully closing.

Even tiny obstructions can trigger the DOOR OPEN error.

Check Paper Path & Rollers

Make sure there’s no paper stuck in the input or output trays.

Check rollers for proper alignment and free movement.

Reset the Printer

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the wall for 60 seconds.

Plug it back in and turn it on to clear temporary errors.

Check for Firmware Updates

Use the HP Smart app or visit HP Support to update printer firmware.

Firmware updates often resolve persistent error messages.

Inspect Door Sensors

If the error continues, the door sensor may be faulty.

Look for misaligned or damaged sensor tabs near the doors.

I hope this helps.
