HP OfficeJet Pro 7730 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Hello, I am looking for the default Web password for my printer. I already tried admin/admin and admin/0000 and admin/12345678, but this does not work. Where can I find it? Thank you!

Hi @SuppAT,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The default web password for the HP OfficeJet Pro 7730 printer is usually "12345678". If this password does not work, you may need to reset your printer to its factory settings to regain access. To do this, follow these steps.

  • Turn on your printer and wait until it is idle.
  • Press the "Setup" button on your printer's control panel.
  • Use the arrow keys to select "Printer Maintenance" and press "OK".
  • Use the arrow keys to select "Restore Defaults" and press "OK".
  • Select "Yes" to confirm that you want to reset your printer to its factory settings.
  • Wait for the printer to reset and restart.

After your printer has restarted, try logging in again with the default password "12345678".

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Okay thank you. I will try to find the EWS data directly on the printer.
