I installed a new black Instant Ink cartridge in my OfficeJet Pro 6830.  It does not work.  I tried to trouble shoot it using HP Print and Scan Doctor as well as the HP Support pages.  This is clearly a defective cartridge, but the HP Instant Ink support pages do not tell me how to get a replacement cartridge.  Talk about a rip-off.

Shlomi:

Your article that you cited does not help.  I had tried the troubleshooting in that document to no avail.  The only way to solve a problem caused by a defective cartridge is to replace the cartridge.  HP does not appear to be interested in behaving like an ethical vendor and replacing defective products.
