How do I delete my credit card information from HP Instant ink? I gave my printer away and am no longer using the service. I don't see a way to delete the printer from my account and I don't see the link to delete my credit card information. I do not want HP having this information.

@charleyw,

Thank you for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums! I see that you need assistance with HP Instant Ink. No worries, I'll be glad to assist you.

As you have mentioned in your post that you have given the printer to someone and no longer using HP Instant ink program and you would like to delete the credit card details.

Just removing the credit card details may not be possible if the printer is still enrolled for Instant Ink.

However, you can go ahead and cancel your Instant ink program.

To remove the printer from HP Connected account, you can try the steps suggested in the support document - Click here

In the meantime, Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,

Regards,
