I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC a few days ago. Have not tried to print since, but now that I have I can see that my printer refuses to print. Firefox/Acrobat/Windows printing features all fail. Queue entry appears and then disappears after displaying "Deleting - Spooling" status. I have tried uninstalling all HP software, deleting the device, restarting Windows, all in various different orders. HP Doctor App figured that it is a software problem, which I was told after it failing to do a Test Print but succeeding on Internal Test Print. What do?
UPD: Completely uninstalling Acrobat DC and restarting PC did not work.
UPD1: I should also mention that I have changed the ink drum cartridge earlier today.

@cancerdancer69, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print. To assist you better, have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Let us try these steps:
Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Perform a clean reinstallation of pre-installed HP drivers
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
- Select your HP Printer
- Select Uninstall
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
- In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
- Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
- Click on the “Drivers” tab
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
- Select Ok
- Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
- Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.
Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I am able to print, but only the Internal Test Print test page. I did successfully copy from the flatbed as you asked. PNG, Word, PDF, all fail to print. Take a look at the tags below my post, my printer supports neither ethernet nor wireless connections, i.e. step 4 is impossible to complete. UPD: I should add that I can get my printer to print a configuration report via HP Smart

I understand you are able to print test pages, but not the documents from the computer. Perform a clean reinstallation as mentioned in my previous post and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

I am indeed only able to print the test pages(not the first one, the Test Print page, but the Internal Test Print one), as I have mentioned in my initial message. Linked driver installation finishes-fails with an error code 2753 now(which was not the case before I followed the steps in your instruction), screenshot down below, included solutions to the problem do not actually download, nothing gets created on my desktop, and I still cannot print. Neither HPZinw12.dll nor HPZipm12.dll files are present in my System32 folder. The clean reinstallation was not mentioned in your previous message, but was put in place of another instruction after an edit, making the whole conversation look disconnected(i.e. what step 4 am I even talking about in my previous message? why am I not following the steps and instead telling you about some impossible step that apparently has nothing to do with my printer's lack of support of ethernet or wireless connections?) and therefore less understandable. Please instead of editing your messages completely just post new messages. I am waiting for your suggestions regarding the issue.

In this case, if the printer is connected wirelessly, install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
Check for any pending Windows updates first.
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Remove the existing printer entry > click on Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing.
If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.
Let me know how it goes.
