For HP Officejet Pro 9020. Message says..."Depleted Cartridges must be replaced to resume printing". I replaced the cartridge with an authentic HP 962XL cartridge but the message continues. I have tried rebooting, unplugging, reinstalling printer to no avail.

Hi,
Which cartridge is indicated by the error message, you should see a colored circle with the cartridge indication character (K=Cyan/Yellow/Magenta/Cyan).
Which cartridge was replaced?
Note that your printer requires all ink cartridges with ink available, any empty ink must be replaced to resume printing:
