I changed the black ink cartridge (for the first time) and printed a few pages and left the printer online. When I turned the laptop off, I noticed that the printer had 3 red lights showing on the ink, paper and information buttons. The screen is completely blank.

I attempted to turn it off but none of the buttons are responding and the ink cartridges do not move when the access drawer is opened - they remain all the way to the left.

Unfortunately, I have discarded the cardboard box it came in so I cannot return it to Tescos...Any suggestions on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

I have gone through the troubleshooting advice already, such as the power drain for 30 seconds and uninstalling the printer software, but nothing is working...the PC does not detect the printer via the USB cable either. I have not set up or used the WiFi feature at all due to internet issues at home.

Unfortunately, nothing worked! As I'd only had it for a couple of months, I was able to return it and I've gone with a different model now so fingers crossed...
