Product: DeskJet 2755e

HP Smart and Printer app report that printer has 4x6 paper when 8.5x11 is in loading tray.  Using HP Smart app, letter size is available and can be set but error message when printing says paper size is wrong. Printer displays E1 & E2 error codes in different methods to print.
