Hi,
I've recently moved and am trying to set up my DeskJet 3634 to print wirelessly. It works fine with the USB cable, the wireless light is solid, I've entered my wireless password via the software, and the information page confirms that everything is enabled and there's an excellent wireless signal, but when I look at Devices & Printers, it tells me the status is "Attention required" and any documents I sent to print just sit in the queue until I eventually cancel them.
So far, I've tried reinstalling the software, as per the instructions given by the tech support on Twitter (including running printui.exe to remove the driver). I've tried restoring default wifi settings and using the push mode on my wifi router (again, following the support team's instructions). I checked that the Printer Spooler is running. I've tried Windows troubleshooter (says there's no problems) and the GP Print and Scan Doctor (can't print the wireless test page, but can print the internal test page, can't identify the issue).
Twitter support aren't able to help further. Any other suggestions?
Thanks.

Hi, 8lives. As I said above, the information page says everything's fine and wifi signal is excellent.
I have just found out what the problem was, though. My ink cartridge was low. It was happy to print over USB and to print information pages and test pages, but to print wirelessly, I had to put a new cartridge in. How bizarre.

Print a wireless network test report and network configuration page by pressing the Wireless and Information buttons at the same time.
Do you see any errors?
