Product: HP DeskJet 3720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have redone the credit card details and they are correct but the message says I can only scan not print.  I have Instant Ink free for 15 pages per month and I have not needed to make a payment for some time. Last time £1 payment was needed it went through without any problem.
