DeskJet 3755 Alignment option not showing up

I did a print quality diagnostic, showing that I must align for black color. However, in HP Smart, under "tools", "alignment and maintenance", the alignment option doesn't show up, only the cleaning ones. I'm using HP Smart 18.0.1 under MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2

It appears that the alignment option is missing from the "Alignment & Maintenance" section of your HP Smart app for your HP DeskJet 3755 printer under macOS. Here are alternative steps you can follow to align your printer:

Ensure that your HP Smart app is up-to-date: Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app. You can check for updates in the Mac App Store.

Access Embedded Web Server (EWS): You can access your printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS) to perform the alignment.

• Open the HP Smart app and click the image of your printer to open the settings and management tools.
• Under Advanced Settings, click Advanced Settings to open the EWS.

Align Printhead through EWS:

• From the EWS home page, navigate to Tools, then Printer Maintenance, and select Align Printer or Printhead Alignment.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to align the printhead.

If the alignment option remains inaccessible, you can also try to align the printer using the printer control panel if available:

Using Printer Control Panel:

• Load plain white paper in the paper tray.
• Follow the alignment instructions on the printer control panel.
• On the printer control panel, navigate to Settings or Tools.
