HP DeskJet 4122e All-in-One Printer

The info button led is on (not blinking) the display shows an explanation mark error icon but no error code.

The printer can be used normally but the LED remains on without any status issue within the "HP smart" app

After searching the doc for the errors and LEDs: https://support.hp.com/hr-en/product/hp-deskjet-plus-4100-all-in-one-series/29378221/model/33238510/...

it seems like the solution is described here:

the HP chat - after working with the tech for some time he finally figured out the problem. I had signed up for Instant Ink but had not yet received my first delivery. Since I was using a store bought ink cartridge it was causing the light to stay on. Looking forward to my first delivery.

Ok, but if these information is somwhere present in the HP network, why is it not added to the already mentioned documentations. As a customer I am really more than surprised not finding any info about such a first impression status directly after setting up my new printer. "HP smart"?
