My printer works when connected, and fails when I use it as a wireless printer. I have done all the troubleshooting steps, and downloaded new drivers. I also printed out the HP Network Configuration Page, under which it lists the Network Status as ready, and the SSID under 802.11 Wireless matches the name on my router. However, under general information, it says "Internet Not Connected" so I believe the problem is with printer wireless setup. Further, under General Information, it says, "Warning: Web Services requires the printer to have a connection to a network connectivity."
I went into the printer settings to set the settings automatically using the WPS "3-seconds" options. This timed out a couple of times, and on a final try an error code appeared OXC025000 TRTHREADSTOP C, which I could not identify.
My internet connect is fine. I've disabled the firewalls, but this seems to be a problem between a printer communicating with a very standard AT+T router. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for posting on HP Forums, MKazi is at your service.
I understand that you have an HP Deskjet 3510 e-All-in-One Printer. I read that the printer fails to work as a wireless printer. Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. You've done a remarkable job performing the steps.
I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
- Please download and install the firmware update for your printer via this HP link. The printer needs to e restarted after the firmware is installed.
Once the firmware is installed successfully, then assign a static IP address to the printer by following the below steps:
- Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status screen.
- Press the Settings button to access the Wireless Settings menu.
- Select Print Report, and then select Configuration Page. The printer should print a page with the IP address mentioned on it.
• Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
• Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
• Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then clicks “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
• Click on radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Please feel free to let me know how it goes.
All the best! 🙂

Thank you for reaching out to the HP Support community!
- What is the model of your printer?
- Are you connecting the printer to a WiFi router or are you trying to connect the printer to the iPad's hotspot network?
- Do you get any error while connecting?
- If you are using a WiFi router, is that a dual-band router (having both 2.4Ghz and 5GHz signals)? How far is it from the printer?
Please provide the above information to assist you with accurate resolution.
