Product: HP Deskjet 1513 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can print but HP Smart shows it offline; all I wanted to do was view status of print cartridges; I reinstalled HP Smart and HP Print and Scan Doctor but it hangs at about 99% "Communicating with HP Deskjet 1510 series"; I followed instructions at HP printer is offline or not responding (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2026537-1681507-16). Printer Trouble Shooter finds nothing wrong. When I try to print nothing goes into print queue. I can scan and save the scan; I can print from the printer; but the print function doesn’t work from the computer. I can’t take it from offline.
