Hi i had this printer off my mom last week for our son to be able to print off homework. It had been fine but last couple of days it is only printing the bottom half of words if the writing is bigger than size 11. Not sure why its started doing this. I have cleaned the printer heads several times and done alignment. Can anyone help me?

Hi sorry for late reply have been busy with family problems. I have tried all tge trouble shooting and not changed it. I think its windows 10 on our laptop.it was working fine until the day before i put the message on here. Have not changed antthing on there. Pictures are fine and words are fine aslong as they are only upto size 11 then it cuts some of it off but not on all lines. Im so confused as to why some lines are fine and others not.
