I bought this printer recently and when I connect it to power 3 solid orange lights show. Nothing else happens when connected to power, just a solid orange light at the ink alert light, the resume printing button, and the information button. Hitting power or any other button does nothing. I've done a factory reset of the printer as described in HP's official website listed on the manual.

Hi @Dockaboo811
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to use the printer. I'd be happy to assist you.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Make sure the ink cartridges are compatible
Check and re-insert the ink cartridges. Make sure they are properly seated.
If the ink cartridges are new, remove the plastic tape if any from the ink cartridges before placing it in the printer.
For more info on blinking lights, refer to this document.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
