I'm having trouble printing... seems the feeders aren't pulling the paper through the machine in order to print.. everything is turning etc but the paper just seems t get stuck everything I try .. ive pulled all the paper out and only out one sheet in and cleaned it all the best that I can....but still isn't printing properly!

am I better off just buying a new one or can I fix it myself at home

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve no paper pick issues.

 

If the paper is jammed, follow these steps. To know how to load the papers correctly in the printer, click here.
