Product: HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer

My printer goes into sleep mode. When I try to print, it doesn’t wake up unless I press the “I” button on it - so I have to be with the printer.

if I am away and try to print, it doesn’t wake up but gives an error “Optimize for Faster Remote Printing”. But nothing happens when I press Optimize and Print - it just booms out. 

if I press the I button on the printer and restart the print process it works OK. 

but if I want to remote print I can’t until I am in the same room

 

all used to be OK until I replaced my BT router - their request due to digital voice - I kept same router login and password as old router to save re-inputting all my devices . All my other devices work fine with the new router. But HP printer shows this error

 

i use iPad, iPhones, windows 11 to print.
