Hi,

 

I have a query about error in printing if anyone could help.

 

I have a Deskjet 2700e laptop and I have trouble with printing. It only prints the upper half of the page. It doesn't matter if I try to print a Word document, an Excel document, or a PDF file as they all just print the upper half of the page. Tried connecting it to a laptop (an HP) and android mobile device but still the same result. 

I have already replaced the ink cartridges, restarted the printer multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer from my laptop, did the head cleaning option in the HP Smart app, and even uninstalled a Windows update as I read online that it could be causing the problem.

 

However even with doing all of these, the problem is still there.

 

Can somebody help please?
