I purchased a while ago some genuine HP inks. The printer does not seem to be registering the ink with levels stating as empty aside from the black which is registering as almost empty. I moved home so been in cupboard unresolved for a year. Jist having another go. I took off all the plastic wrapper and did note some orange tag stuck in the vent of the yellow. I have tried cleaning the print heads etc.
All functions seem to be top top on the printer but nothing prints or what does print is minimal like the ink is empty. Is it possible I was sold some fake HP inks? Really baffled.

@NewNikki1978, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
If the printer was not used for a long time, the ink could have dried up or the ink nozzles would have blocked.
To know how to replace the ink cartridges, refer to - Replacing Cartridges for HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-One Printer Series
Make sure the plastic tape if any is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
Also, perform the steps from this document - Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink for the HP Deskjet 3070A e-All-in-O...
