Hello.. My "HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 e-All-in-One Printer" doesn't print in wireless mode. It prints internal test prints but not the ones sent to the queue. It scans without any issues wirelessly. Tried all solutions of updating the drivers, using the HP Printer Doctor, restarting Print spooler, etc in vain. I am facing this issue after a recent firmware update which was long pending. Has anyone faced similar issues or can someone help?

@judejerrysalmon, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand you are not able to print wirelessly from the computer. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@ Kumar0307
As i have mentioned in my initial post, i have already tried HP Print and Scan doctor and the steps you have mentioned have been already followed in vain. The printer is able to print the internal test pages when triggered remotely but it is not printing the ones that we send to the queue (even from HP Print & Scan doctor)..

If you have tried installing the printer using TCP/IP port, use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win 10 PC(Wireless connectivity)
Click here to download and know more about the app.
Have you also tried a clean reinstallation of the printer driver?
Let me know how it goes.
