Deskjet 3632 FULL hard reset needed - forgotten password, locked out of set-up options

Hello - I need to know how to perform a full reset that will reset the printer admin password and username to defaults so that I can re-setup my printer. It is out of warranty now but I have it registered on my HP account if proof of ownership is required.

I have performed the factory reset procedure multiple times, but even though this seems to get rid of most of the data, it does not remove the custom password I created a long time ago.

There has to be a way to fix this.

Unfortunately there is no other way to reset this Printer. I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this.
