Last week, I had to print a few pages and the black ink looked like it was it was all gone, so I changed it out for a new HP cartridge. But when I went to resume printing, the black ink would not print. The colored ink is printing just fine, but nothing from the black. I had the printer print a test page, and nothing got printed in black at all. I've been trying to figure out how to fix this but I can't find any information anywhere. The "virtual agent" could not get me any information that could help me and I can't seem to figure out to speak to an actual person!! So please, somebody help!!
