Even with brand new ink cartridges, my printer still prints all blank pages.
I have tried updating the firmware (Through HP Smart) and drivers (Through Device Manager on Windows) and nothing works still.
I have run the HP Diagnose Doctor program (or whatever the name is) and it says I have a driver issue. I updated the drivers using windows device manager and it still says I have a driver issue. I cannot diagnose problems further than that since the doctor program stops at the first issue.

Hi @raylly,
I'd like to help!
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
-
Load plain paper into the input tray.
-
Search Windows for your printer model name, and then click the printer name in the list of results.
HP Printer Assistant opens.
-
Click Maintain Your Printer.
-
On the Device Services tab, click Print Quality Diagnostics Page.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
