Chrome OS

I am trying to print from a Chromebook on my DeskJet 3720 printer and the colors are not printing correctly at all and the images are getting cut off and I don't know what to do to try and fix before I give up and just purchase a new printer.

Is the copy working fine?

 

If you are facing the same issue while making a copy refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series/8954253/model/8954254...

 

If the copy is working fine remove and add the printer.
