Hi, I have a HP Deskjet 3755 All-in-one printer that has quit printing black ink.

This has happened in the past, and I fixed it by replacing the cartridge and cleaning the print head between 10-15 times. I've just attempted to print, and it's not printing black ink again. I've attempted all the steps found on the website, as well as a few other tricks from other places, to no avail. Is this a known issue, like hardware related? My warranty has expired (CN35GCP1BB), so I'm trying to figure out if maybe I have a faulty cartridge or I just need to buy a new printer. Thanks.
