Hey everyone Im having an issue with my Hp Deskjet 3755. It is blinking orange by the ink cartridge logo and showing empty for both cartridges on the printer. And on the Hp smart windows 10 app, it is saying "cartridge problem". Im seeing online it is being caused by using third party cartridges and Hp blocking them through the software, but I couldnt find any help for this specific model, I am using third party cartridges for both and only after about 50 successful prints of black and tricolor, I started having these problems and it is frustrating. It would be perfect if anybody knows how to fix this. Much love! ❤️

I'd be happy to help.
Unfortunately, we cannot reverse this. We do not recommend using non HP ink as it damages the Printer.
