HP Recommended

I tried to register my printer, but the date doesn't go far back enough to provide the real purchase date (~2018?).

 

My Deskjet 3755 printer makes awful grinding/rattling noises when the cartridges move around and after it printed a blank sheet of paper. I've tried manually cleaning them, and cleaning them from the HP Smart app, unplugging and replugging, but nothing has fixed the issue.

 

Any advice is appreciated, thank you.
