Deskjet 6940 series
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After instaling and proceeding to test a newly accuried USED Deskjet 6940, I'm finding that it will not print out a 'Self-Test" by pressing and holding the Resume (Red X) button.  However, it does printout a Dignostic sheet (pressing the Resume (Red X ) button along with pressing the Power (Green eye) button together), a Black & White description sheet ( by pressing the bottom bar button) and another Black & White print out (have no idea what its called) by pressing the Power, Resume & Cancel button at the same time.  Even though it prints those (3) test sheets  & also seems to print well, so far.   It still refuses to print out a "Self-Test sheet by pressing the Resume button, does anyone have any suggestions as to "WHY" it won't?
