The printer is won't print properly if I change legal paper size it says paper mismatch . some procedure that i did like changing default paper size. then i change also th EWS setup but the problem is still there. please help me.

 

my operating system is windows 7 and 10 please help me.

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

I was looking at the printer specifications in the HP DeskJet GT 5820 User Guide and it did not list legal paper as a supported as a supported paper type, but if it offers legal paper as a Paper Type in the dropdown menu it should be able to print.

 

I would download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor to check the printer software. This tool can diagnose and fix many printing and printer software issues.

im trying this procedure before but cannot fix the error . please other solution

 

im trying this following procedures

1.adjust the paper size

 

2 change default paper size on EWS

 

But the error paper mismatch cannot fix.
