I just installed a brand new Black ink HP cartridge 364 XL. It almost doesn't print back at all. Didn't find anything pertinent apart of cleaning the printheads. I saw from HP support to Allow automatic servicing to complete but i don't know how this servicing mode is activated ? Is it at Power on Time and why would it take that long ? do i have something to activate .? Thks for your urgent advice as during those Covid19 time we have to print an Auto certification form to be allowed to move our from home (at least in france). thks

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "black not printing" issue. 

 

To better assist you - 

 

1) Does the black and white copy works? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page - 

 

  1. Load plain, white paper into the paper tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow  to select Settings, and then press OK.

  3. Press the Down Arrow to select Tools, and then press OK.

  4. Press the Down Arrow to select Print Quality Report, and then press OK.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
