Product: Deskjet ?? uses in 63
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

trying to print on amazon glossy sticker paper, I have let the paper set for over 30 mins and it still is smearing . I know that I am doing something wrong but I'm not sure what .  I have tried the various glossy page selections but the problem is still present.

You are wasting your ink, paper and time. The ink from your HP printer can't print on that paper because it will not dry, you will need to change paper or change printer.

Replacing printer is no a choice.  What type of paper is there to chose from( needs to be sticker paper).?

You can find video tutorials printing from HP printers on sticker papers, check on those sticker papers.
