My printer will print test pages fine, it knows it's connected to the printer yet each time I send it to the printer it says "error" I try to resend it and it never works. I did the diagnostic and it didn't help. I have tried all the "troubleshooting"...no luck. help...please

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
