@Salpal

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor to resolve connection issues.

  1. Turn on the printer and load plain paper in the main tray.

  2. Download HP Print and Scan Doctor, and then follow the prompts to install and open the tool.

  3. On the welcome screen, click Start to locate your printer.

NOTE: If your printer is not found, click My product is not listed, and then follow the instructions troubleshoot the connection.
  4. Read and respond to the instructions to install any required software or fix any network connection issues.

If the error message still displays, continue to the next step.

The HP Smart app to install the printer might resolve the wireless install issue.

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

  2. On your Windows 10 device, go to HP Smart (in English) to get the app from the Windows Store, and then follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app.

Example of the HP Smart app icon

  3. Click Launch, click Get Started, and then click Continue to accept the terms and conditions.

The app searches for printers connected to the network.

    • If your printer displays, make sure it is ready to use, and then continue with these steps. If a yellow caution triangle displays, click the icon for more information about the issue, and then continue with these steps.

Example of a printer ready to use

    • If your printer does not display, click Set up a new printer to search for your printer, follow the on-screen instructions until the We found your printer! window displays, and then continue with these steps.

If the app does not find the printer, close the app, and then open it again. If the app finds the printer, continue with these steps. If the app still does not find the printer, go to Printer Not Found During Network Driver Setup for more information about connecting the printer to the wireless network.

  4. Click the Resources icon , click Get HP Full-Featured Software, and then follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer.

Clicking Get HP Full-Featured Software in the HP Smart app

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
