Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have my printer print an A4 PDF file, but for a reason I don't know, it didn't print the whole area. The area I gave a green mark isn't printed.

That is normal, the bottom print margin is 12,7 mm everything under that margin can't be printed.

if you want to print from edge to edge you need ti get a borderless printer.
