HP Envy

I have 2 HP envy printers at two different addresses. I would like the replacement ink to be delivered to the two separate address for each printer. When I change the shipping address on the account page it changes the address for both printers. Is it posible to have separate delivery addresses for each printer on my account? Each printer gas a separate account number but I log into just one user account.

Hi @Derek15,

Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I understand that you have some concerns regarding your Instant Ink Account. I'd like to help.

As you have mentioned in your post that you have 2 Envy printers in two different addresses and you would like the inks to be delivered to two different addresses. Since both the printers are associated with one account, unfortunately we will not be able to ship the cartridges to two different addresses.

In order to have them shipped to two different addresses, you would need to go ahead and cancel one of the accounts and then create a new account. Once you have 2 accounts created with 2 different addresses, we should be able to deliver the ink cartridges to two different addresses.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help.

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.
