HP9015 Printer

 1 hour and 48 minutes - still on hold.  Warranty promises next-day delivery for HP Printer that fails, but you can't get it unless you speak to someone.  The online "chat" people are non-responsive.   HP obviously does not have sufficient staff to support the warranty service I paid for.  If you have the same problems, please respond.  Curious to see if HP reads this tries to be helpful.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I called back next day.  Diagnosis - broken printer head on machine which is a few months old.  Agent refused to deliver new machine despite your next-day coverage.  Shipped replacement part.  Arrived 2 days later.  It works.  So, the promised 24 hour delivery of a new machine turned into two phone calls and 4 day "do it yourself" solution.   So much for HP's promises.
