have error code c9c7000 then message problem with printer turn printer of then on did that but after I turn power button on it then shuts down it self & tells me turn power button of & back on. tried disconnecting the usb cable & power left a few minutes reconnected no change

I opened the cartridge top and unplugged the power from the back of the printer.  Plugged the power back into the printer and the message was gone and the printer is operating properly  now.  Thanks for this help.

1-       Locate a spotless eyeglass wipes or that you can use to clean the ink cartridge contacts.

2-       Softly hose a perfect build up free material with packaged

3-       Delicately wipe the Copper-shaded contact with ink cartridge

4-       Wipe the contact with a dry ,build up free material

5-       Trust that the ink cartridge will dry  before your proceed (around 10 minutes)

6-       Reinsert the ink cartridge into its opening and afterword drive the ink cartridge forward until the point that it fits properly

7-       Rehash these means for the majority of the ink cartridges.

8-       Close the ink cartridge gets to the enter way

9-       Check the control board to check whether the blunder message perseveres
