I just tried to do a printhead clean but can't get past page 1 of setup menu having been able to a few days ago.  Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Display issue on the printer. Is that right?

I would like to definitely help you.

I recommend you follow the steps below and check if that helps.

  • Unplug the power cable from the back of the printer while the printer is on.
  • Then without connecting the power cable press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  • While holding the power button, plug the power cable and continue to hold the power button for 5 more seconds.
  • IF the printer doesn’t power on, restart the printer manually and check if that helps.

Hope this helps

Had to follow the guidance twice to make it work but it resolved the problem.  Thank you.
