I just tried to do a printhead clean but can't get past page 1 of setup menu having been able to a few days ago. Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Display issue on the printer. Is that right?
I would like to definitely help you.
I recommend you follow the steps below and check if that helps.
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the printer while the printer is on.
- Then without connecting the power cable press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- While holding the power button, plug the power cable and continue to hold the power button for 5 more seconds.
- IF the printer doesn’t power on, restart the printer manually and check if that helps.
Hope this helps
