Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Started having problems last November, 2022.  Installed 4 ink cartridges (black-reg. Size, cyan magenta yellow). Done this for 25+ years so I know the drill.  Got all the diagnostics after receiving   -Printhead Problem with error code #0xc19a000027.  ( my printer has 4 cartridges with snap  clip on each one.  There is NO LATCH ON THE PRINTHEAD CARRIER.
