After all attempts with support failed, I was asked to send a photo. That was six weeks ago. Since then, there has been no response to the ticket.

The problem is that the display constantly shows ‘Insert paper’ even though paper is inserted. We tried everything with support, including cleaning, restarting, rebooting, etc.
The display constantly shows ‘Insert paper’. Unfortunately, this means I cannot use the control panel (touch display).
My warranty expires in mid-January – who can help me here? Why is HP support no longer responding to emails regarding my ticket number?

Papier einlegen. 
es ist immer das gleiche Spiel. Egal ob Papier eingelegt oder nicht eingelegt. Es ist immer „Papier einlegen“.

der Drucker druckt auch und ich kann scannen, kopieren etc. etc. Allerdings nur über App. Das Display ist nicht nutzbar, da dort immer „Papier einlegen“ angezeigt wird.

auch eine Reinigung, ein Standardreset und auch der reset mit dem HP-Support brachte keine Änderung.
