I got a printer today from my friend for school and when I turned it on the display was solid white. I cannot see nothing on it but I can push on it and hear beeps and then the key pad may light up or a home button. Maybe even a forward or return. I can't get it to work. Help!!

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer display is solid white when you turn it on, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to factory reset the printer to fix the issue.

I never got it. I Did YouTube it and it showed me how to reset it. I did reset it and the panel is still solid white.
