Hi

I recently installed a new printhead (CR324A) into my Officejet Pro 276dw. As I had just started brand new ink cartridges prior to this, I continued to use them to avoid waste and having to throw them away.

I now want to use the new setup cartridges that were supplied with the printhead, but the printer says 'Do Not Use SetUp' cartridges.

I have tried the turning off at the wall for 60secs; and have also ensured I have the latest f/w.

 

It seems silly to waste these genuine new HP cartridges - so how do I get to use them please ?

You should have used SETUP cartridges first after installing new printhead.

And then the new cartridges I had just installed would have dried out and been lost.

 

But regardless of that, how do I get to use the Setup ones please ?
