Hello HP Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding an issue with a recent purchase of ink cartridges from a local Walmart store. I purchased what was advertised as replacement original ink cartridges, but they turned out to be SETUP cartridges instead. The specific product in question is the N9H65FN Option 140 [3-pack CMY].
I just can't get hold of returns / warranty department and I am just looking to get my money back or replacement since those weren't labelled as SETUP cartridges.
Walmart will not return it back because the package was open and I realized those are SETUP cartridges after the fact when the printer errored with "Don't Use SETUP Cartridges". The cartridges obviously haven't been used and they are full , I just can't use them in my printer and I am not going to purchase new ones.

I kindly ask that HP resolve this matter promptly, as I am unable to use the product and have been unable to obtain assistance so far.

Hi @NashwanMarcos,
Welcome to the HP support community.
Thank you for sharing the details. Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please note, the images clearly show that the cartridges' warranty expired in 2017, so HP may not be able to provide support for this case. In this situation, you may need to contact Walmart for further assistance.
However, I will try to gather more information to see if there are any additional options.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
