When I am printing multiple copies of the same document, the first page comes out perfect, but the copies after that look like the whole document moves up 2 inches cutting the document off. Open to trying anything at this point. This has never happened before so I am not sure if I changed some settings at some point.

If you have not done so in a while, it is perhaps time to clean the printer AND the ADF if you are using it, check the supplies (full ink is not always great ink), check the paper (yes, paper condition can be a "thing").
For example, paper can be...
Stacked too tight, too damp, too dry, curled, (common) the wrong setting is selected for Media type in the software used to submit the job to the printer.
Each of the following provide the general "things to do" for jams and feed errors; within the document the steps are presented in the order to be completed and considered.
ADF does not pick paper or feeds in too many sheets
An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper
