My HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 says there is a Document Feeder Jam, but I have checked all possible cover and feeder locations and there is no stuck paper. I had just scanned and document without any problems. When I tried scanning the second document the Feeder Jam appeared. I have already tried turning off and on the printer and the error message continues to appear. How (or can I) clear the error message and try scanning again?
