HP ENVY 6022e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I need some help with a printing problem for my Envy 6020e. Often when I print out a document the width is shortened, while the height remains the same. On the left of the pic is how it looks when printing works correctly, and on the right when it goes wrong. Both are from the same pdf document. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello @goodgodric ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Adobe Reader is used?
Then load the file and click on the printer icon. Now the print menu opens, upload a screenshot of it here.

Kind Regards

Here's the screenshot of printer menu.

I'm printing both sides. It's often that the first side of the print messes up while the second side is always the correct length.
