macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hello, I have a macbook air (Monterey OS) and use the HP Officejet 6700 printer.  It has been working well up until two days ago.  Documents are stuck in the printing queue.  The first document says that it is "connected to printer," the other two documents simply state, "Ready to print."  Nothing prints.  However, when I go to the HP site and do a test print, the test page prints.  I am also unable to use the HP scan app.  I receive the message: "The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.apple.imagecapture error 4294957375.)".   I've restarted and rebooted the printer.  I've restarted the computer.  I've deleted the apps then reinstalled them.  Please let me know if you know how I can handle this.  Thank you.
