Current printer gives a paper jam error. Already explored all the troubleshooting and realised that in fact there in no jam.

Now, to make it work I need to switch it off and on a couple of times, print an HP demo page, and then it works for 1 time and after it reverts to paper jam error again.

Imwant to replace it and wanted to found out if Hp offered  any sorts of trade-in if I was to give the old one and purchase a new one.

Hi Trekko, the printer is fried. In my posting, I just wanted to find out if Hp offered  any sorts of trade-in if I was to give the old one and purchase a new one. Thank you
